CEO is respectable, smart, knowledgeable ; many of his direct staff are not.

Cons

Rapid growth has resulted in unaddressed growing pains. Vast difference in level of skills and talent depending on acquisition. Cannot retain great talent, and instead seem content promoting or holding on to mediocre talent.

Cons

The management was not interested in helping the employees. Only was looking for results. Whenever the employee proposes something to improve the process, the management was not interested in it.
