      Very diverse. Management has action plans for upward mobility for those that put in the work. Awesome benefits

      I really liked the work assignments... lots of variety

      Cons

      The small 13 person office atmosphere was challenging at times especially with the 3 women and 10 men dynamic. Also, if you aren't a go getter you won't learn anything and you will end up sitting around doing nothing all day. It's hard to work with people who haven't learned anything yet.
