      Leadership takes employee feedback seriously; works to drive improvements across multiple areas like policies, working environment, career growth etc. Great Place to Work Certified Bangalore site Modern workspace in Central business area of Bangalore On the software engineering side, strong team of 500+ software professionals working on state of the art technologies (including Cloud Technologies, Mobile Computing, Advanced Visualization, Microservice and Data Analytics).

      Cons

      Since Wabtec is at its infancy in India, more work is needed to establish the brand. It is not recognized and popular widely as a software and IT focused company even though a lot of software development is happening.
