Managers are great-they support you at the times. you can take leaves when you want Projects are Average-you get to learn on your own Flexible work timings

Cons

No infrastructure-Ambiance-it does not look like a software company Work pressure - there are chances of working overnight Policies-are not employee friendly its employer friendly only work no fun- you dont get a chance to celebrate anything Pay is very less-Incentives are also not good Management is very much into cost cutting

Cons

Poor paid. Ran by bullies. So glad I got out if it. They have rules for one, and rules for others. Very badly managed.

Not much, maybe proximity to bus and metro station.

Cons

I have tones to say: They are cheap, they don't want to invest in equipment, software or tools to help with having a good accurate design. They end up having a huge technical debt! unsatisfied customers. they actually lost lots of bids for new projects because they are seen as not serious. Customers lost trust.
