-management team has favorites and it definitely shows - Does not care about employees and their health - you're basically stuck working in one area unless management likes you -does not offer sick days -only allows 10 pto days a year unless you've been there forever instead of letting you accrue it each pay period -Has many safety violations they refuse to fix -exposure to harsh chemicals -Does not care about violating OSHA laws and regulations

Mgmt outside of IT doesn't value IT, mgmt in IT doesn't provide great direction, still has a small company mentality even though it's a large corporation which creates conflict, very siloed
