-Excellent benefits package -Great opportunity for hands-on learning

Cons

-strong "us vs them" mentality (ex: union vs non-union, wabtec vs industry, workers vs management) -very blue collar work culture -shady business practices (ex: working overtime without overtime pay) -sense that employees stayed at the company because they were stuck there -short term thinking (tries to nickel-and-dime costumers) -top heavy with management execs

Commited Blue collar workers, wealth of knowledge and experience. Great ground team.

Cons

Senior Management and Project Managers making work schedules difficult and pushing agendas, allocating extra tasks to workers to complete for them to say the work has been completed. Poor interactions and talked down to. Always looking to give staff additional work and stress without support from management team or HR
