      Office timings and work nature some what good

      Cons

      There are lot of downsides in Xorail, the worst being the management, no proper response to the employees, there will be overnight changes of policies and it will be not communicated to employees, in turn the worst management i have ever seen in my career

      Pros

      Good people (Mostly the workers who have been there years) , varied work, the company continues to try and improve the working environment constantly.

      Cons

      Poor Holiday allowance, no sick pay for 5 years. very strict on Break times.Due to poor contract, many people hired are idiots, or just not qualified enough putting more pressure on the experienced staff. Also due to the change in contract, an apprentice who has just "graduated" can be paid significantly greater than even a new Supervisor.
