      Not a good place for QA resources

      Pros

      The office facility is good. Some training programs and health insurance and some other benefits are good. The company has some good products that are in use.

      Cons

      No career prospects especially for QA. No clear well-defined path for QA resources. Exposure to new technologies is limited. If you continue here for 1-2 years, your future employability will be at risk. There is no work-life balance. The company has suffered a lot from the work culture side after GE Transportation merged with Wabtec. I would not advise anyone from QA field to join this company.

      Pros

      Good pay, good hours. They are not so strict on breaks. everyone/most people are friendly. Work conditions are great. A/C works

      Cons

      plotting coworkers are everywhere. people dont know how to mind their own business. staff as turd attitude. people are plotting against you
