Cons
This company, specifically in Landskrona, doesn’t have the faintest idea of what processes are. Managers may be competent, but definitely not in management. Everything just happens to happen, and it’s the first time every time all the time, so no learning or improvement is necessary. So much time is spent running around or doing things twice, because first time wasn’t learned from. Simple improvements may be considered after half a year, if at all. And the day before external management shows up, production stops to clean everything up so it looks nice. All the buzzwords are in use, but no corresponding action. Time-server local management that cannot distinguish between investment and cost, instead managers (even the MD) spend their time nitpicking details or finding excuses while not letting people take charge and responsibility.
