      No Work Life Balance

      Pros

      The pay is great and it is a high performance culture. Most people are nice.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no work life balance and most people work through lunch and late evenings. This is the norm. There is a very siloed environment and a very cliquish culture. Management has little care or regard for employee work life balance.

      Cool manufacturing environment that's it!

      Cons

      Safety control is out of control itself! The buisness is about turning profit and no respect for employees or their families. They have eliminated their family culture and have employees work long hours.
