      It's a large company with a family type atmosphere

      A lot of them are peace software is not loaded correctly which means there's a lot of hands-on work

      Blue collar colleagues but that is all now.

      Cons

      Management, the current director needs to go, he is absolutely crap and killing the business, he will close the Doncaster site. It used to be a really good place to work but it took a nose dive when chris Webster started.
