Full of office politics and Layoff mindset - Better stay away !!!
Pros
- Salary was on Time. - (only)Few peers were good. - Architect helped occasionally - It was GE when i joined and it was great.
Cons
- They started creating FAKE reviews to polish image recently. Very poor standard. - Lots of politics. People get frustrated and are made to leave organization. - Products are very old....No Learning and you will be surely out of market after 1 yr. - People who butter a lot are promoted. Managers go to extent to create artificial proof of achievements. - Director and above in India are worst then team leads in my previous org. Not approachable and full of politics and less of capability. - No hikes or peanuts. - Frequent layoffs which are never reported. Leaders dont have any transparency on decision. They pass-on emails/questions to india leads and which are hardly answered honestly. - No coding standard. Folks in Staff and Sr. Staff level are worst than my previous orgs SE 2 and 3. - Lots of politics. -Highly inefficient HRs who are never approachable.
