      Pros

      Relatively low pressure environment. Clean quiet office. Lots of opportunities to learn. Flexible, RRSP matching is good.

      Cons

      Culture has gone out the window since Wabtec merger. The company just has no personality now and feels disconnected from employees' daily lives. Also it's hard to get time with managers because they are always so busy.

      Pros

      Not much, maybe proximity to bus and metro station.

      Cons

      I have tones to say: They are cheap, they don't want to invest in equipment, software or tools to help with having a good accurate design. They end up having a huge technical debt! unsatisfied customers. they actually lost lots of bids for new projects because they are seen as not serious. Customers lost trust.
