      Cool manufacturing environment that's it!

      Cons

      Safety control is out of control itself! The buisness is about turning profit and no respect for employees or their families. They have eliminated their family culture and have employees work long hours.

      Pros

      Good work culture in terms of learning and support from team. Middle level Management is mostly supportive and there are enough conferences from upper level management about the company strategy Flexible working hours Subsidised food from different caterers. Good parking facility. Great campus

      Cons

      Talks of changing the campus since the merger. Some projects getting closed or deprioritized after merger.

      Job security and good benefits

      Cons

      Treat you like a child, no room to advance, does not allow one to learn about opportunity. Starting to not allow a work life balance. Management more worried about lining of their pockets than the well being of their employees.
