      Work-life balance. Good people. Good base salary. Good bonus scheme.

      Cons

      Limited exposure to other projects. Limited training opportunities. Closed off strategy for creating new business. Executives struggle to make the big decisions.

      Good blokes to work with at shop floor level.

      Cons

      Much nepotism/mates etc in regard to selection of Team Leaders / Supervisors / Managers. Bullying is quite commonplace. Far too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. Most Team Leaders / Supervisors / Managers have little in the way of job experience resulting in the blokes on shop floor keeping the ship afloat. Recruitment of young lads who are thrown in the deep end with little support and training. Given all of the above, there is no surprise mass redundancies are on the horizon and Wabtec is slowly going down the pan.

      Good place to work and learn along the way and it also has the experienced people who can provide you with assistance when needed.
