Pros
When I think of some, I'll come back and repopulate. For the time being, my only "Pro" is that I won't be here much longer.
Cons
As my title stated, this is a place of micromanagement hell. Managers think they know more than their subject matter experts. You're constantly being second guessed, even though you're right. Project management team hasn't a clue.
