management dont have any long term vision or goals
GM will never interact with Employees or inspires the Employees
He always thinks to reduce the cost
Example this year they changed a Payroll vendor as they thought this vendor is cheap. But this vendor is like a fresher dont know how to handle the payroll...so many issues..
Even employees complaning about it, Management wont lission
HR wont respond properly for any of the Employee concerns
Some of the policies they wont even reveal to employees. Example there are many hidden favorable policies for women employees during the maternity but they wont reveal it !!
GM dont know anything about railways but he is heading the Bangalore without having any focussed goals and revealing to employees
IT manager don't know what are the projects and what technology they are running.if demo is there with client tomorrow, he will come and tell today we need to develop these many !!
