      Pros

      There are some great people that have stuck with the company for a while and it is an interesting environment.

      Cons

      Leadership could not possibly be more horrible. There is constant infighting between different departments. Your day is filled with unnecessary meetings and micromanagement by the terrible leadership. Every day feels like a battle. There is not one single true leader in this trainwreck of a company. Health insurance is also mediocre.

      Old industry and technology is ancient Lots of documentation to please incompotent beurocrats in transit authorities Silos. Various divisions dont work together and act as seperate entities No growth Low TC Existing IP(designs/codebase/documentation) is bad
