Employees that have the same care for the job and clearly know more about the business at ground level.
Cons
Poor UK HR support not tackling correctly when issues arise, make you look like you are the problem. Let's the company down by not following there own procedures and policies and acting on them. Hire level management can create hostile environments too work in, does not reflect what Wabtecs mission & vision statement is. Poor employee benefits, does not pay well against the job roles when matched to other corporate companies grading and pay.
