      Pros

      Practically impossible to get fired from the job.

      Cons

      Low pay. Managers are not held accountable. Annual performance reviews/raises are always late, so don't hold your breath waiting for a raise. No direction from senior management. "Offshore" help is now being introduced. No development cycle, whatsoever.

      Pros

      Flexible Hours, Benefits, paid travel, competitive pay, there and not many pros to list. Good to work for if you live in Kansas City Missouri

      Cons

      Lied to about possible contracts to work on. Suddenly out of work but still on payroll. Worksite treated poorly. Poor communication throughout company.

      Cons

      Horrible attendance policy that doesn't allow for doctors excuses Pay is not nearly what it should be for the work required of the employees Very little room to truly advance your career Few transferrable skills Raises are virtually meaningless Only way to make a livable wage is to work Overtime
