      Motive Power Boise, Wabtec--I do not recommend. Poorly managed from the bidding process to the shipping process.

      Pros

      Pay was good. People very hard working and dedicated

      Cons

      No training program, below level pay for workers doing the hard work. Limited work instructions and direction. A very poor culture of playing the blame game, from the top manager to the bottom guy. There is no team work. There is no integrity. Safety culture is terrible. No follow through on projects, events or performance.
