Pros
Love the job itself, pay is decent, benefits are good.
Cons
Management needs to review and update policies, employees who have worked for the company for multiple years should not have the same time off as a newly hired employee. Executive team needs to create consistency and balance through out organization instead of allowing each unit to act as it's own company instead as part of the whole. Modernize equipment and practices for the workforce in order to retain and attract new talent.
