mandatory 10 to 16 hours week overtime. 5 am start time very strict on the clock in time (no more than 5 min before and can't clock in one min late without it being caused as a late) Understaffed manager. mine handle 3 departments. Can't bring in needed tools and good luck waiting to get them to order. Parts problems. be prepared to hustle and then do boring work while you wait for the next shipment. If you don't make it two years they require the sign-on bonus back.
