      Pros

      I was able to get great pay with overtime. I found some really good friends. They get free food a lot.

      Cons

      Poor management. I was not expected to be an electrician. My boss said I needed to know more. I asked what he wanted me to read and he said everything I needed to know was in the code book. I was a dispatcher and he wanted me to tell electricians what to do.

      Pros

      Great health benefits and 401K. Training budget helps employees to keep skill sets up to date. Great opportunities for advancement and steering the company if you're willing to work hard and endure.

      Cons

      Communication from top down is hit and miss. Departments are silos. Pay is slightly below market value. Vacation is pretty bad until you've been there for 5 or more years.

      good health benefits if you are single.

      Cons

      No personal life. no set income. work 75hrs one week then 6hrs the next. Oncall 24/7 and not paid for it.
