Cons

Horrible project managers who will work you to death then complain why you tired. They will send you to the other side of the country without notice and with minimum wages. Its a wonder anybody works there. There's some good people there but they lack backbone to defend their workers.

Okay hourly pay, 10 hr / 6 days a week plus perdium.

Cons

As a temp to perm from Rightech to Wachter after an extensive background check, resume verification and interview. I was accepted to take a Lead position in Charlotte NC (Kroger Robotic Warehouse). I was told "my skills matched" the jobsites needs. I drove to NC and was paid to do so. Plus perdium. Once onsite, its "Cable tray" construction, installation. No technical. After just a few days, week. I was told my skillset did not fit for the project. I was given the boot, no perdium for return, no funds for return and Im told by Wachter "Bodie". Im on my own or talk to Rightech. Ive heard nothing back as of Monday March 27th 2023.
