Pros

Good pay, most of the people are nice. The KC headquarters is a very tight group of people. If you are there long enough to build relationships it might be a good thing.

Cons

Company payroll is was always messed up. They asked you to lie about your time. Payroll department couldn't figure out state taxes. Upper management was not open to new ideas or suggestions, not a team environment at all.

Pros

There is a lot of freedom in how you complete your work, you have several resources available to you, but you can choose how to complete the tasks. Family oriented place, where they will work with you if you need to leave early for family or sick reasons. There is lots of free food and they throw great company parties. Great health benefits, that really help you save a lot of your paycheck and salary is good as well. Laid back office environment with a lot of great people.

Cons

vacation time is awful, its probably the main reason people leave.

Pros

Company philosophy is that its employees & contractors are as important as the customer. During my employment the company always took very good care of me while I was on the road. All admin personnel are there to help resolve any problems with projects & accommodate with any personal issues. Overall best employer I have worked for.

Cons

Hotel Reservationist could be a little more considerate. However I know they do their best. They maybe be understaffed at times when there are several large projects going on at the same time.
