Consistent voluntary overtime which is nice when they actually pay you for it.

Cons

They constantly under pay us and make us wait 1-2 weeks for the pay we are entitled to. Every check we are shorted pay of overtime and shift differential. The supervisors tell us “it’s not our fault” and blame ADP. Don’t work here, they don’t care about you enough to pay correctly.
