Company has great potential if it could get out of the way. Compensation is good.

Cons

Business philosophy is sales at any cost. Field sales force is willing to give the company away to make sales. Parts stocking is a problem because that would cost the company money in inventory. All in all, many people making decisions with blinders on not taking into account how it will effect the business as a whole.

Flexible scheduling, casual environment, wellness program, there are a lot of really great people that outweigh the bad ones, good location

Cons

Micro managers, people are managers and supervisors that shouldn't be, most of HR are not professional, extremely high stress level, unfair treatment of employees, double standards

I love how there is three day weekends. I just started work there earlier this week, and so far the employees seem pretty nice. Most of them keep to them selves.

Cons

The management there is horrible, and unprofessional. First few days there, it was like i was getting paid just to stand around
