Good people. Good brand. Financially strong and well respected class leader. Diverse product line and freedom to move within the organization if you ask.

Cons

In the past several years the Europeans have started to micromanage the business too much. Multitude of recent changes in the US are too much for an organization to absorb in a short timespan.

Great dealer base to work with. Field Sales Force is dedicated to making dealers number one priority and making any situation right.

Cons

Change is happening very quickly and we are growing quickly, causing major issues. Hard keeping products available, causing significant back orders. Not as much team work as there was when I started.
