Lots of opportunity to grow and advance in your career. Ok benefits, opportunity for some travel. Clean facility and organized production environment.

Cons

Too few people for the work that is desired to be done. Not the most positive work environment, poor attitude of co-workers and some management. Improve benefits.

Pros

There is no shortage of work to be done to achieve the new Global strategy. Depending on your position, and your manager, this could be nice company to work for. With that in mind, I might recommend a job to a friend. Variety of co-workers keeps the job interesting; and the majority of these people are 5-star nice.

Cons

Global strategy is clear, though efforts to attain are unclear and are poorly communicated by mid-management. It's comes off like a cat chasing the red dot. Some, not all, Managers preach work/life balance but don't actually support it with realistic goals. Expect a plethora of 11th-hour tasks and projects. There are few inter-company career opportunities. Some opportunities are posted, but are mostly filled from outside.

Pros

Great work atmosphere in the office side. Nice flexible work hours. There are company events that are fun, such as the golf outing and holiday parties.

Cons

Company is run from Germany and Austria, and ALL decisions are made from there. It doesn't matter if your idea is a good one. Only ideas from Germany and Austria will be implemented, even if your idea will save the company money or time. No real potential to excel with your career. Indecision within upper management is common.
