Pros

Health insurance, 3 weeks vacation, free food, uniforms, manager outings, advancement if you're lucky but beware as you move up the workload is greater

Cons

99.9%work/.1 life, no balance they own you. Pay plan is for the birds, they charge you for all shortages. Get ready to work all holidays, phone calls in the middle of the night.

Pros

There's a real opportunity to develop and hone your people skills. There is no back of the house. You are exposed to the general public no matter your position with the company. Use this to your advantage in meeting new people and developing social skills.

Cons

There willingness to hire anybody and unwillingness to let people go. This can lead to a sketchy work environment and lots of bad experiences for the customer.
