Pros

i love the training process, it's a lot to take in but once you got it, you got it. the customers are definitely a major part of the experience with you being protected as well. if they act up, they leave. point blank. i also love the pay process, if you don't make minimum wage in your tips, they will pay you the difference, you're guaranteed a certain level of income. nice to have that kind of security in your pay.

Cons

the only real issue with working at waffle house is the negativity surrounding some coworkers. they will hire people with bad backgrounds, so watch your money, even though most are pretty trustworthy.
