Pros

Some upper management is great, company built on good values, but I doubt it'll last long.

Cons

Waffle House way is hard to implement if not taught correctly during training, excessive favoritism from upper management, unit managers have little control on helping associates advance, constant calls after hours

Pros

Good way to gain management experience. Decent money for a recent college graduate.

Cons

Modern day slavery. Long hours. Very stressful job. Having to "baby sit low quality employees." Out of date system/operational methods. Work 6 days on and 2 days off. Must work every holiday. Only manager on duty for a 24 hour business.
