Pros

Tips are easy to come by as long as you know how to work the table and do your job properly. Most "regular" customers are really nice and tip okay. Management is flexible with schedules.

Cons

Training is little to none, they give you a week then you on your own. Multi tasking is a must. Sometimes the people you work w/ are worse than the customers. Expect to work in all conditions, holidays and bad weather.

Pros

Family, fun atmosphere, joking with customers and coworkers, laughing at drunk people, fairly good tips sometimes

Cons

washing dishes for 2 hours at the end of a shift, calculating checks by hand, having to cook because chefs were crackheads who took a lot of breaks, drunk customers, filthy conditions,
