      get to work with the public.gain experience with food service and costumer service,and have tips everyday

      Cons

      you cant always please everyone,although the costumer is always right,there not always happy no matter what you do,and some day you dont make enough tips for gas to make it back to work.

      Pros

      No pros whatsoever besides cash pay weekly, other than that no positive aspects. And that being said we had to wait all day to get paid.

      Cons

      Sociopathic management that would say you worked server hours when you were grill op. Not paying you the right rate, making you wait several weeks for backpay. 50 hr work weeks, for 200$, crappy customers that wouldn't tip and give ad hominem insults on your service if a grill op messed it up. Made minimum wage for 14 months, won't go back. Horrible coworkers too, just an overall crappy company to work for. Do not work here.
