      You don't have to share your tips and you get to eat almost anything all week for about 5 dollars maybe health insurance cant really say if its good or bad (I already had insurance when i started) just know its available.

      Cons

      Not enough training There is never enough people at work on night shift in my store there is 3 people 2 servers and the cook. you are responsible for everything to serve clean up wash dishes answer the phone and do to go orders all at the same time sometimes it gets so backed up that you have to stop what your doing to wash dishes cause there's no egg pans left you don't make much money from tips and its nothing you can live off of and I'm college student and still couldn't pay bills The whole company seems to be only worried about food cost cause thats the only thing it stresses.

      Pros

      Corporate is great to work for, you are treated with lots of respect. Praised all the time for good work. Especially if your good. Worked for franchise and was once a week if not more the unit would scream and cuss you out on the floor. I have worked for waffle house for 15years. This is my career, my job. I love it

      Cons

      Franchise would be my con. Not professional at all cuss employees out all the time loads of favortism and management has to many family members working for them, if your not family you dont stand a chance.
