Pros

Three days off a week Paid vacation every 6 months Good health benefits Getting to meet a lot of different people Cash every day

Cons

Long shifts (boring on the weeknights when there isn't a lot of business) Team members are allowed to do whatever they want without consequences. Favoritism. (What one person gets in trouble for, another won't) Always running out of certain items. No managers on third shift at waffle house EVER!
