      fun environment and great place to work learned about the company advancement fun activities for family leadership very…gerat people around. it a relaxed company.

      no plans for growing in the company, it was a lot of hard work sometines and the workmatres do noyt help.it is neccesary greater commitment form the líder

      Working at Waffle House does have its benefits such as stock options and free food, along with the ability to be promoted to manager or master grill operator.

      Cons

      Working at Waffle House can be hectic at times but it is good fun, the customers are generally happy and I never experienced any insults.

      Pros

      The job can actually be a great job, morning hours most of the time, pay is above average for restaurant managers. 3 paid vacations a year, good stock.

      Cons

      Work 6 days on 2 days off, average 8 days off in a 28 day period for a unit manager. then goes down the higher up you go. average 5-6 days off as a district. 4-5 days off as a division. You work every single holiday. If your off day falls on a holiday or a Thursday, you are not off that day. If you don't constantly brown nose up line i wouldn't count on a promotion unless they are desperate. You are on call 24 hours a day on the days you work and may have to go back and cook if an employee calls in. Promises of compensation are always higher than actual compensation Terrible help and treatment from up line management. Must be willing to have no personal life and learn not to question anything told to you.
