      Pros

      Easy Job as a Grill Operator. Co-workers can be fun and interesting.

      Cons

      No opportunities for advancement and low pay. The managers usually favor the thieves and the people who suck up to them. The hard working people get nothing.

      Pros

      Waffle house stores pays in cash every Sunday and if you're a server, you get tips every time you work and you don't have to tip out like most restaurants

      Cons

      Rude people, non tippers, and I don't get to see my family as often as I would like and there are no vacations
