      Decent wages. Some good people.

      Lack of quality employees which caused employees that should have been terminated to be kept around longer than they should have been. This lowered the moral of employs that may have been good employees. Overall the culture.

      the customers and the fun you have once you get good at cooking. also the majority of the time doing something different

      employees and there whining and up line can be hit or miss pay is good but you can not be trying to build a life have to already have one cause there is no time to build a life first few years
