      I have worked for Waffle House off and on for the past 20 or so years. What I like the most is the friendly service.

      Pros

      You get to meet all types of people; You get to work with all kinds of people the potential of having fun while working is non-stop. We have great bosses. Our regulars become part of our family and it's always nice to seem them with a smile.

      I do not make enough money at the Waffle House.

      Pros

      Great customers.. at times, always going home with money . Plus you get a free meal everyday. Its a nice job.

      Cons

      Long hour shifts, can be little sitting times . It can become overwhelming on busier days. Working third shift is a pain though.
