The best reason to work at Waffle House is the costumers. You can make good money there too.

Cons

It has a lot of manual labor for just 2.83 an hour. Some of your coworkers and most of the management aren't team players.

Great bunch of Management, fun environment, some good benefits. Training is prficient,very focused on taking care of the customer. Room for advancement, opening 14-16 new stores by 2014.

Cons

Wages are not competitive, compared to other breakfast restaurants.
