      Pros

      If you are a performer, the money is great. The regular customers that you see on a daily basis. Some of the people that work for you.

      Cons

      The hours are ridiculous sometimes, especially if you have a poor manager in one of your units. Decisions are made at last minute timing. Communication on direction that Area is taking or needs to take to improve.

      Pros

      Great money. Compensation is the best part about this company. Great opportunity for advancement if you are willing to relocate. Good health insurance and company stock purchase program.

      Cons

      The hours can get pretty extreme. 70+ hours a week not unusual. Support from other management almost non existant. On your own.
