Pros

The company has good prices on their food for their employees. Insurance benefits seem pretty promising. You get to do some traveling when you are an MIT.

Cons

They do not compensate you for your drive time, gas or food while traveling. They are definitely slave drivers. The MIT"s do all the work of 20 people and have more responsibility than they should.

Pros

I have enjoyed my co-workers

Cons

Every week you have to work to get hours the sore is keep so over staffed that even people that have been their for years tead to get their hours cut so make room for new people we don't even need. Some Mgr's will even try to put you on all 3 shifts not thinking about how bad it is to have overly tried workers. Waffle House does not give raises.
