Pros

Compensation is fair by industry standards Great Support from senior management Love the interaction with the employees and the customers

Cons

Not too benificial for people with young kids as you work weekends and all holidays including christmas and thanksgiving day Bonuses are mainly sales driven at the district manager level Responsible 24 hours a day, so you can be easily woken up at 2am for any situation

Pros

When you work at Waffle House, you have a work family. The employees and customers for the most part are great. When you are a server if you are good at your job, the money is great.

Cons

Schedules are sometimes difficult, long hours, assistant managers have too much responsibility for the amount that they get paid.

Pros

Its a job. Grateful because it pays the bills but just barely. They atry and make it a fun place to work, but there is little they can do.

Cons

NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. NONE. ZILCH. And d* near impossible to get promoted. Pay is truly little for the work and family sacrifice you do.
