Great for being there in tough family times. Always have a job in any state if you have worked there. Pretty decent money if you work a good shift and dtore

Cons

You work every weekend and all holidays. Absolutely everyone works at least 3 hours on Christmas

You make alot of tips depending on how good of a server you are and how many shifts you can get. There's open opportunity for promotion and management is easy to get along with.

Cons

Poor quality of coworkers leads to downfall in overall shift engagement; less sales and less tips. Overall work was very demanding and not distributed evenly amongst workers.
