      I really like working at Waffle House they are pretty flexible and the money is great

      The management has a big head on their shoulders but higher up up line is great

      Good pay, upper management Always helpful and communicative

      Cons

      Little work/life balance. Though as a manager you almost always only morning, you have to go back in at night 3x a week to literally just change a drawer. Nonstop calls from upper management even on days off
