      Its mainly commission and tips you're counting on for a good work day and they provide benefits and whole lot of hours.

      Cons

      It's a highly competitive role in a small working environment and the base pay is nothing to look forward to if you have a family to take care of. Hopefully your manager is a good one that's business oriented plus professional and not a demoted one that doesn't provoke you.
