Pros

Good and understanding management. Very inclusive and supportive culture.

Cons

Black out dates where everyone has to work a shift no matter what, but that includes every level of management too, so pretty fair.

Pros

There are no pros on working here

Cons

I don’t know how else to say this - but I hate it here. Our building hasn’t changed for almost 10 years. I still work at a cubicle that looks like something out of a horror movie. Our restrooms look like a 1950 high school restroom. Not to mention the flickering lights in our office alongside the dark gloomy infrastructure. Culture is not good. Pay is beyond terrible. If I had to guess I think our CEO makes under 6 figures - which should give you a clue about their “culture” and how they really treat their employees. Get ready to start at a 40k salary to feed your family, pay off student loan debt, and other daily expenses.

Pros

Food was very good to eat

Cons

Had a shift cook throw onions at me for reading a order wrong on accident. Management ignored complaint
