Pros

The weekends are a good time to work and make money. The other employees were all nice and friendly. The environment was fairly laid back.

Cons

When you're at work you'll be spending most of your time behind the counter in a small work environment. The majority of the time; you're not making enough to even drive to work, especially on Mondays and Tuesdays, and whenever too many servers are on the schedule. If you're one of the people that makes sure all of your end-of-shift tasks are completed; you may be one of the only few who does. If there is a lot of snow: you're still going to work- they will have someone get you & you will stay in the nearby hotel, for a few days depending on the amount. Don't expect a lunch break- ever!
